01 / Task

Start the system

  1. Tap the standby screen where it says Tap to Start.
  2. Wait for the room-selection screen to appear.

Choose rooms to use together

  1. Tap each room you want to control.
  2. Select more than one room when those spaces should share controls.
  3. Press and hold the power button until the selected rooms start.

Play background music

  1. Choose a playlist if needed.
  2. Use play/pause or skip to control the track.
  3. Adjust the music level or use Mute when silence is needed quickly.

05 / Task

Use wireless microphones

  1. Turn on the physical microphone transmitter.
  2. Use its row to make the microphone active and set its level.
  3. A dimmed microphone is already in use by another room group.

06 / Task

Route content to displays

  1. Tap the grid point where the desired source and display meet.
  2. The selected display powers on automatically.
  3. A dimmed row means that display is outside the active room group.

07 / Task

Control the shades

  1. Open Shade Control from the Home screen.
  2. Find the shade column you want to control.
  3. Use Up to open, square to stop, or Down to close.
  4. The two window shades may also move automatically in response to sustained sunlight; manual controls remain available.

Alerts and troubleshooting

When the system asks for attention.

No sound

Check Volume Levels. Make sure both the speaker row and the active source row are not muted.

HDMI alert

Connect the cable to the indicated input and wake the source device so it sends video.

Microphone alert

Turn on the physical transmitter. A low-battery alert means the listed microphone needs new Procell Intense AA batteries.

Shutdown is waiting

Turn off every transmitter named in the reminder. There is no bypass; shutdown continues automatically when they report off.
